Materials Needed:
- Sakura® Cray-Pas®
- 1 black Canson® illustration board
- Craft mat
- Pencil

Directions:
1. Draw a forest or city landscape that has a starry night sky in pencil.
10 min.

2. With Cray-pas, color the darker base shades of the objects and background in your drawing.  Your drawing doesn’t have to be realistic, exaggerate the patterns and textures you see in real life like a swirly night sky, bumpy tree bark, or a smooth path.
15 min.

3. With brighter shades add details to the objects in your drawing. Give the moon and stars a silvery glow, add bright green patches to your grass and trees.
15 min.

4. With your fingers or a paper towel you can smooth together the colors in each area.
10 min.
