Time needed for project:
40 minutes to 1 hour

Materials Needed:
-1 photo on 8.5 x 11” paper of a person’s face or an animal. You can use an image from a magazine or print one off at home.
- Sakura® Cray-Pas® set

Directions:
1. Find a photograph of a face or an animal that you like in a magazine. If you have a picture of you pet you can print off your own!
15-20 min.

2. Using Cray-pas, color over the figure and background in your photos. Try to bring out colors from the photograph that might be overlooked, like shades you can see in light and shadows. Use bright shades to make the picture pop!
20-30 min.

3. Cover the entire page with Cray-pas and you’ll have a whole new portrait!
