Soccer Clipboard

Main supplies:

  • Walnut Hollow® Wooden Clipboard
  • DecoArt® Burnt Umber Paint and Staining Medium
  • Elmer’s® Glue-All™
  • Decorative Papers
  • Stickers
  • Rubber Stamp and Black ink stamp
    Pen
  • 18” macramé cord

Basic Supplies:

  • Sponge brush
  • Paper towels
  • Disposable plate
  • Water container with water
  • Fiskars® scissors
  • Plastic spoon
  • Fine sandpaper
  • Small plastic cup







Instructions:

  1. Lightly sand the clipboard and wipe off with paper towel. Mixing equal parts of staining medium and the paint, brush the stain on the front and sides of the board, let dry. Turn over and stain the back of the board.
  2. Using the plastic spoon, mix 2 part glue to 1 part water. Tear paper into random shapes and use the glue and water mixture with the sponge brush to decoupage the papers on to the clipboard and on to the barrel of the pen. Let dry.
  3. Randomly stamp “A Star is Born” on to your board.
  4. Apply stickers as desired.
  5. Coat the entire board with the glue mixture. Let dry.
  6. Attach the pen by wrapping the cord around the pen barrel 5 times and tie with a knot, add a drop of glue to secure and tie the other end of cord to the hole at the top of the clipboards.
